WHO WE ARE

We’re a veteran founded non-profit made up of hackers, coders, and most importantly everyday people like you. We use the power of our members(aka YOU) to create great social change in the shortest amount of time possible.

No nothing we do is illegal. We believe in revolutions through technology and the power of everyone coming together. There is nothing about us that is malicious… unless your a predator, scammer, lazy government official or malicious police or politician. Then we’re your worst nightmare… not because of anything we do, but rather because of the power and insight our systems bring to the public. But we always operate within the bounds of the law and encourage our members to do the same. We DO NOT tolerate doxxing, harassment, etc and will instantly and permanently ban accounts doing so.

How are we different from other scammer/predator accountability groups?

There is nothing inherently wrong with those groups, or at least some of them. Every group is different, so we do not believe in making blanket statements.
That said, our approach is very different from any group we know of. A good example is our Sex Offender Interdiction & Accountability training.

Confrontation is not the goal

Many people have seen videos of online predator confrontations. We do not believe a video confrontation, or any confrontation at all, should be the goal. Our focus is not on creating viral “catch” content. Our focus is on preserving evidence, protecting potential victims, and helping law enforcement build stronger cases.

Bad confrontations can harm real investigations and result in thousands more victims!

Confronting a suspect can actually harm an investigation. Maybe the person gets exposed publicly, but what if the situation goes much deeper?
What if the suspect is connected to a larger network, has access to hidden evidence, or can destroy important information from their phone in seconds?
A civilian cannot legally secure that evidence. Law enforcement can, and with the right information, they may be able to preserve devices, identify other victims, and pursue a far more complete investigation.

Members are expected to involve law enforcement

That is why we train and encourage members to work with law enforcement in almost all circumstances.
Once members have developed useful evidence, they are expected to involve the proper authorities rather than trying to handle the situation themselves.
Any member who ignores this requirement may face penalties or a ban.

Real accountability goes much deeper

As you move up in rank and the missions become more serious, members will understand that what most predator-catching groups do is only a very narrow part of holding these people accountable. Real accountability is not just exposing one person on camera. It can involve identifying and mapping darknet networks/perpetrators, preserving evidence, supporting investigations, protecting victims, documenting patterns, and helping create cases that can survive in court. Our free and open tool BlindSite was created to do all that by the way!

What we are proud of

We focus on coordinating with and providing actionable intelligence to law enforcement that is
“warrant ready” and designed to help facilitate open-and-shut cases using forensically sound methods.

Our crypto USCM-C is valuable because it is designed to be the fuel for an entire public-benefit ecosystem, not a random coin created for hype.
It was created through Open C.H.A.I.N., our open-source chain-forking/building system for launching privacy-focused cryptocurrencies, DAO governance, rewards, and community infrastructure.

Privacy-first by design

At the base, USCM-C comes from a Monero-fork privacy foundation, meaning privacy is built into the DNA of the coin instead of added later as marketing.
It also takes inspiration from Ethereum’s bigger idea: programmable smart contracts & community coordination with private/optionally transparent options and multiple consensus options including native & consensus.

Important: USCM-C will not be sold directly by us

Before we go further please know this coin will NEVER be sold from us and the only way to get it is from someone who earned it and sold it, at least in the initial transaction. The premine is minimal with 0-7% premine with 50% minimum required to go back into the community/mission and the rest to the developer via a time-locked release schedule. This will be built into and verifiable via the code.

Powered by USCM-C and Open DAO

The coin is powered by our custom blockchain USCM-C & Open DAO (our open source DAO Builder/Management system and integrated wordpress app).
Both are functional and will be released on GitHub soon. Anywho that is where proposals, voting, awareness tests, rewards, treasury decisions, contributor reputation, community funding, and mission governance come together. USCM-C is what ties that system together and what takes our site from a centralized project with a vote database to a decentralized and legitimate blockchain/DAO infrastructure.

Real value comes from real project integration

In addition much value will come from how the coin integrates with and is used by our projects. Many of our current and future projects will integrate and more importantly require use of our crypto for maximum benefit. You can learn more about how we plan on doing that generally below in the

Mission-locked public benefit reinvestment companies

The bigger idea beyond our crypto solutions(though heavily powered by them) is our model of mission-locked public benefit reinvestment companies
which we hope to have be the only type of company that’s viable by 2030.  Imagine an electronics company or health insurance company who’s sole job is to provide the highest quality services/products at the lowest cost with all profits reinvested and going toward that mission. And these operating principles are built into the very code that runs the company.

Our crypto solutions Open DAO and USCM-C power that! These are digital blockchain/DAO companies designed to produce maximum value for consumers for the lowest cost. Protections are programmed into the code so the mission cannot be hijacked by greed.
Any type of company can be run this way. Health Insurance, Pharma, computer chip companies the list is endless.

What makes our solutions different

That is what makes our solutions different. Our solutions are not just a reward token. It is the reward layer, governance layer, and coordination layer for a network of projects that all feed into each other with massive public utility. Open C.H.A.I.N. creates the infrastructure. How do I get or earn tokens/crypto?

You earn crypto(currently tokens) by being in one or more of our eligible groups(see home page for info… rewards CAN be stacked), participating in missions or any of our other projects.

NOTE: MOST REPARATIONS/TRAINING ELIGIBILITY REQUIRE ID VERIFICATION OR CERTAIN ACCOMPLISHMENTS. CERTAIN REWARDS YOU CAN EARN MAY BE EARNED ANONYMOUSLY.

Every project/product we have you earn crypto from participating or doing almost ANYTHING you can think of that furthers the project.

We also have a request a token feature where if you think you’ve done something cool to support us you can make a request to us for tokens(which will be converted to crypto at a later date). There are many things you can do to earn tokens. Here are some ways that integrate with our projects as well as some general ones.

Open AIDAN

Open AIDAN is the worlds first decentralized AI. It turns spare compute of everyday devices, model testing, dataset review, validation, and public-interest AI tasks into something people can be rewarded for. If someone contributes compute, helps validate outputs, improves models, tests safety, or supports public-good AI missions, USCM-C can reward that work and may be required to access aspects of it as it matures.

S.M.A.R.T. Dose

S.M.A.R.T. Dose connects to the ecosystem through privacy-preserving health and harm-reduction research. It also can integrate with Open AIDAN. People may be rewarded for contributing anonymized smartwatch and self-tracking data, testing the platform, helping build research datasets, or supporting responsible public-health research and knowledge without giving up control of their private information. It’s goal is to be the worlds largest study on substances and their effects on health/physiology and short-term and long-term outcomes.

Watchman & Civic Accountability

Watchman and many of our other projects reward civic accountability work. People can be rewarded for reviewing public records, voting on officer behavior, analyzing bodycam footage, helping organize evidence, checking transcripts, identifying policy issues, verifying officer profiles, supporting investigations, and turning chaotic government records into usable public knowledge.

Open Voices & Community Governance

Open Voices(our vote on policies not politicians app… it’s built) and our general/democratic/Reddit(but better) like system connects through civic participation. People can earn rewards for voting, proposing ideas, contributing constructively to the community, moderating constructively, helping communities make decisions, and participating in governance that is harder to manipulate because it is tied to identity & reputation.

Some other examples are spreading word about our charity on social media, getting others to sign up, contributing to project and website development and plenty more.

We like to say even if you’re an “underwater basket weaver” you can benefit the project. This is because you could sell baskets or monetize Youtube videos and donate or spread the word about our projects.
